2reusable heat packs  Jan 23, 2011

I bought this product and the first time I used the product it heated fine but when boiling it to return it to liquid the product leaked and would not return to liquid form. I complained to the company and they replaced the defective product. Suggest when boiling product use cloth bag to avoid contact with pan sides.

To re-set heat pack:

  1. Carefully place used heat pack on a cloth in a pot of boiling water.
  2. Boil in rolling water until all crystals dissolve. Approximately 10—12 minutes.
  3. Let the heat pack cool to room temperature before using again.
